I am a fifth-year Ph.D. student in Operations at Yale School of Management, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Vahideh Manshadi. My research interests center on platform and policy design for social good, with broader interests in socially responsible and sustainable operations. My work has been mainly motivated by collaborations with nationwide nonprofit and public organizations that operate through modern technology and platform-based systems, including Feeding America’s MealConnect and a national refugee resettlement agency. Combining tools from data science, operations research, and economics, I develop decision-support tools that provide actionable recommendations to amplify the social impact of such organizations, while also generating policy insights with broader societal implications.

Prior to joining Yale, I earned a B.B.A. and a B.S. in Applied Statistics, followed by an M.S. in Management Science from Yonsei University. During this time, I worked under the supervision of Prof. Seongmoon Kim, focusing on data-driven portfolio optimization.

I am on the academic job market for 2025–26. You can find my CV here.
